The Project DI.SCOL.A.
"DISPERSIONE SCOLASTICA ADDIO"
The teaching professionalism to guarantee scholastic success" is based on the need to answer to the object b "improving the quality of professional and continual training and the access to this" and to the priority 4 of project Leonardo " to promote the continual training of teachers and educators"; it proposes to contribute to the introduction of elements connected to quality of scholastic training, some macro-indicators that may identify the teaching professionalism and also the settlement of a study and an experimental research about methodologies and strategies to improve students' scholastic success.
The project has the aim to give teachers the competences about teaching methodologies, to set up an European common educative place and to satisfy the learning need of teachers and educators.
The inspiring priciple of the Project is improving teachers' professionalism so that they can promote students' scholastic success.
So the direct reicevers of the Project are the teachers and the educators that work with 14-16 years old students the period of life most shot by phenomenon of scholastic dispersion; the indirect receivers are the educative bodies and the institutional public body.
